To modify the links provided by merchants including advertising materials and link code without without permission.

Demanding actions to gain abusive reward

To demand and ask users for clicks to gain abusive reward irrelevant to the website of a merchant.

Forfeit actions

To take an action as if the sales occur for the affiliate partners themselves or with the third party.

Placing advertisement on an unregistered site

To place advertisement on a site which is not registered with GC.

Spam actions

To advertise your site with spam e-mails, advertising your site using BBS, or other ways of advertisement which bothers the third party.

Placing expired advertisement

To keep placing expired advertisement or link code.

Placing advertisement for mobile users

To place advertisement for mobile site.

Others

Merchants have the right to ban and restrict abusive actions or a site, and there is not need for merchants to explain the reasons to affilaites. We have the right to demand server log files to the affilaite partner if we ask. Also, for the protection of this service, there is no need to disclose these kind of judgement to affilaite partners unless necessary.
